Dirty30 Training Program
Our one of a kind, 17 week interactive training program will help you prepare for and complete your Dirty 30 race of choice. This program includes a static training program created by Adam St. Pierre designed to train you for the Dirty 30 and a comprehensive program with Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Sports Dietitian, Dina Griffin.
