Without YOU this race would not be the special, amazing event that it is. It takes many of you, the giving volunteer, to make this day run smoothly and safely for everyone. We are so grateful you are willing to share your time and talents with our community.
All the jobs we need help with are listed below. When you click on a job you will see the job description and required time. You may sign up for more than one job, but PLEASE make sure your times do not overlap and you allow enough time to get to your new job if they are on opposite ends of the park. Mandatory Volunteer Meeting –
Mark your calendars now. All volunteers must attend one of two zoom conference call volunteer meetings. Meetings will be held at 7 pm on July 23 and 24 2019. You will receive an email with the zoom link to the meetings a couple days before the meeting. It is preferred that you join the meeting via your computer with video capability. If that is not possible you may join the meeting by calling in. Please plan on attending one of the two meetings. This will allow everything to run more smoothly.
